Staff is really helpfull. Room is not small and clean enough.
Location. But you can have chance to rent a tuk tuk for one day. it is very cheap.

Quite a luxurious hotel for the price.
At least 3 or more Km's from the central tourist area which is a big disadvantage. Wi-fi is only in downstairs lobby. Better to stay closer to river and save on taxi's etc.

Clean, good price.
No luggage room, we had to left it in the entrance hall.

Only helpful person was the room cleaner. The breakfast was in the building across the road. Coffee in plastic cups and poor food for $5. Desk staff not friendly or helpful. We managed the two nights if we would have booked for longer we would have moved hotels.
